The menu on the left was written with CSS instead of images and javascript, for speed.

The background of the main page is a blue gradient column, repeated across the page.

The main section is 780 pixels wide, to cater for older 800x600 screen displays. The main section has a blue background repeated down the page, so the column stays the same colour all the way to the bottom.

The left and right columns are each 130 pixels wide.

Text size depends on your default browser setting, so that visually impaired viewers can use the largest text size display.
